About Dakus Construction
London builders who run every trade under one roof
From a single bathroom to a full house renovation, Dakus Construction plans and builds the whole job with its own team. Structural work, plumbing and gas, electrics, plastering, joinery and decorating are all handled in-house, so you deal with one company and one fixed price from start to finish.
We work across London, Essex and Kent, with most of our projects in East London homes: Victorian terraces, 1930s semis, ex-council houses and new-build flats.

How a Dakus project runs
Six stages, one team, and you always know which stage you are in.
01
Free survey
We visit, look at the property and talk through what you want and what it needs.
02
Fixed, itemised quote
A written price broken down line by line, with a start date and a realistic programme.
03
Planning and structure
Drawings, building control and party wall advice, then strip-out and any structural steelwork.
04
First fix
New wiring, plumbing, heating and gas run while the walls and floors are open.
05
Finishes
Plastering, flooring, tiling, kitchens, bathrooms and decoration through to a finished home.
06
Snagging and handover
A final walk-through with you, certificates issued, and nothing left unfinished.
The hidden work, done properly
The finish you see depends on the work you don't. Steel beams, new floors and fresh services go in before a single tile.
